A day rate, not a seat licence. You pay from the day she’s onboarded, your whole team can use her, and you can stop any time after the minimum. No leave, no notice period, no 4pm Friday drinks.
Faster, better answers about one area of your business.
A recurring job, done.
Vera across more of your organisation.
All prices in AUD, excluding GST. A day is any 24 hours, weekends included. Onboarding is scoped together with you before you start.
No plan needed. A fixed price, agreed before she starts, for one clear deliverable.
One deliverable on one system, such as an impact analysis or a reconciliation report. Credited against your first Pro days if you keep her on.
Scoping, dependencies and a roadmap for your programme, from what the code actually does. Reviewed by an architect. Days, not months.
The day rate begins once Vera is set up and working. Onboarding delays never eat into your minimum.
After the minimum, cancel whenever you like. It takes effect at the end of the current 24 hours.
Anyone in your organisation can work with her. Everyone shares one daily allowance, so more people never means a bigger bill.
Every plan comes with a daily allowance shared by your whole organisation. It resets every 24 hours.

She tells you the day’s allowance is used and when it resets. Extra usage only ever happens with your approval.
Your admin sees usage against the allowance, and you get an alert at 80% of the day’s pool.
On Pro, scheduled work is reserved from the allowance, so ad-hoc questions can’t crowd it out.
Before Vera starts, we work out with you what she needs to read, how she connects, and what ready looks like. You see the full plan, and anything it costs, before you commit.
How many systems and document stores she reads, and what type.
Configuring a standard connector, or building something bespoke.
Preparation, volume and how often it needs refreshing.
Access permissions, environment and acceptance testing.
If a connector carries an ongoing charge, we tell you up front.

One platform or codebase, such as an SAP instance, a Salesforce org or a set of repositories, plus the documents that describe it.
A conversation is a question and the follow-ups on the same topic, by email, Teams or her chat page. A research task is work that means reading across sources, such as an impact check or a reconciliation.
Vera pauses and tells you when the allowance resets. Nothing is charged beyond your day rate unless you approve it first.
Yes. Once the minimum is done, cancel any time. It takes effect at the end of the current 24 hours.
When Vera is onboarded and working, not when you sign.
Never. Your code, documents and conversations are only used to answer your questions, and are deleted when you leave.
